Moving Day
I’ve gone through with the Big Blog Change. I downloaded and installed WordPress, successfully imported my Movable Type blog entries, and am slowly getting this set up the way I like it. I’m still getting used to WordPress, after years of using Movable Type. Our staff intranet blog runs on WP, so I’m not a complete stranger to it, and I like it enough at work to want to use it for this blog, too. But it does take some getting used to.
I’m keeping the old library blog up for now, but eventually it will be taken down.
And now, I’ve spent enough of my Saturday on this. Time to get away from the computer for a bit.
