Who first showed me the fun of a public Bloglines blogroll? Jenny Levine.
Who got some of my coworkers all fired up about blogs and wikis and RSS at last years NEKLS Tech Day? Jenny Levine.
So, how cool is it that Jenny Levine, the Shifted Librarian, is shifting over to her new job with ALA? And what a job! The description alone gives me hope that ALA will actually join us in the 21st century. With Jenny in that position, I’ll be surprised if ALA doesn’t zip ahead of us like Marty McFly and Doc Brown in their De Lorean. “Roads? Where we’re going we don’t need roads.”
